Different neckline than other smartwool
I love all things smartwool and live in there shirts probably 80% of the time. However this particular T shirt has a much lower neckline that I don't like so am returning it. I like the lightweight feel of the material but I can't get past the neckline.

light but baggy
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
this is the most lightweight merino fabric I could find: only 120 gsm. It is a very light fabric, but still that great soft high-performing merino blend fabric. It would be perfect for high-output activities in warmer weather, BUT it's not because the shirt is wide and baggy unlike a baselayer. It seems like this is not suposed to be a baselayer, but just a casual shirt, so they make it a bit looser. So I use Merino 150 as my baselayer, and I just use this shirt as a sleep shirt, and it's good for that.

Love it but mind the fit

Love the weight of this top, has an airy feel and an unbelievably soft hand. Based on your own personal fit preference, if you prefer a tighter/slimmer fit, I would recommend sizing down. I went from my normal large to a medium.
