ME7 SPD Shoes deliver enduro-level durability with trail-friendly comfort and grip
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I’ve been running the ME7s for seasons on my enduro bike—they’re bombproof. The Michelin sole grips great off the bike, the neoprene cuff keeps junk out, and the ratchet + lace combo gives a secure, dialed-in fit. Great blend of pedal efficiency and hike-a-bike comfort."
We ride hard in varied terrain, and the SHIMANO ME7 SPD Shoes are built to match that intensity. Designed for enduro and aggressive trail riding, the ME7 packs in race-ready performance and rugged durability without sacrificing long-day comfort. Shimano's signature TORBAL midsole allows the heel to flex naturally on descents while preserving power through the cleat zone, giving us more control on uneven terrain.
A neoprene ankle cuff keeps trail debris out, and the armored upper features water-resistant synthetic materials that shed moisture and mud. The Michelin OCX3 rubber outsole delivers serious traction for hike-a-bike sections, while a low-profile buckle and speed lace system ensure a glove-like fit. From alpine epics to bike park laps, these shoes stay locked in when the ride gets rowdy.
