Fast, capable tires for various terrain
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These tires impress. I can lean in on turns on sand grit, fast as can be on the road during transition from one area to another. They are not as good in mud, but they are still workable. Terrain: Lake Tahoe Armstrong, Tahoe Rim Trail, Verdi Fire Road Climb, Crystal Peak, Upper and Lower Corral, Pyramid Trail, Tahoe to Reno.

So far my favorite rear tire.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I simply don't notice it, or what it is doing back there. Can't say anything better in my opinion. I had a higher end thin casing tire and switched to a 60tpi Racing Ralph due to race day punctures. I do not feel that this tire is slower in any way. In fact, I feel more comfortable pushing my speed and have more grip over rocks and roots with this compound. Very happy with this selection as an all around tire.
