At the core, Reynolds uses their TRE hub design featuring full inline 6-pawl engagement and a 5-bearing rear system that evenly distributes motor torque. Built with 32 Sapim E-Lite spokes and brass nipples, the wheels stay true and absorb high loads over time. A cromoly steel axle and reinforced freehub body enhance durability under e-bike power, while cooling fins at the disc mount help manage heat from extended braking.
