At its core, this boot blends high-performance downhill capability with uphill functionality—ideal for freeride skiers and backcountry explorers alike. Built with a 100mm last and a legitimate 130 flex, it handles aggressive terrain with the power and confidence of a true alpine boot.

The KORE 1 features HEAD’s ultralight Grilflex and Graphene shell construction, which boosts torsional stability without excess weight. A refined Smart Frame chassis concentrates stiffness where it matters most—underfoot and along the spine—while easing flex in entry zones. With the addition of a 50mm Power Strap and Power Plate, energy transfer is boosted and shin comfort is improved during powerful forward flex.

For touring, the integrated ski/walk mechanism is intuitive and reliable, while the hike-articulated 3D Perfect Fit liner and Liquid Fit customization technology ensure a snug, supportive rearfoot hold you can dial to perfection.
