Super comfy multipurpose shoe by Danner
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Flexible yet with enough support, grippy Vibram sole, wide toe box, lightweight, breathable, and water resistant. Flat out in love with these shoes! Just biked 5 days on the Kettle Valley RailTrail in BC in them and they held up beautifully π

Awesome shoe
- Familiarity:

Wore it on smaller hikes (less than 10 miles) and even crossed a small river on a waterfall hike in these and they held up well. Great traction and didn?t hold too much water. Super happy with these shoes.

Love these shoes

I love this pair of shoes, didn?t need to break in at all. As I am trying to look for alternatives to my boots on easier hikes, trying between different brands of hiking shoes, needing something of good grip and comfort. At first when i put these on, I was hesitant as i worried that the back heel wouldn?t be cushioned enough for hikes. But i decided to give it a try. I went on 2 hikes, both about 8 miles each on multiple terrains, didn?t slip, didn?t hurt my feet, felt super comfortable walking/hiking on them. Totally in love with these. I also love the color!

terrible blister on the heel
While it is great for shorter hikes(6-7) miles, it gives me a terrible blister on the back of my heel every-time I do a longer hike..The shoes are comfortable, ventilates well. You socks could get pretty dusty with the ventilation holes on the side. Plenty of traction for all conditions. I use these for shorter hikes and use the mountain 600 for any longer hikes. Feels true to size. I really love them except for the blisters. 4 stars because I really like them and would buy another pair but just wont use them for any hike that is longer than 6,7 miles

Great lightweight shoe. A little narrow, so I am glad I ordered a 1/2 size up. Not for people with high arches.
